miCOACH by Addidas is a system made up of heart rate monitor, foot sensor and guided coaching. miCOACH ZONE keeps you in the right heart-rate training zone. At the end of a workout the training data is uploaded to the Adidas training site. 
The program itself features four color-coded heart rate zones. Users imput age, and miCoach quickly calculates your heart rate, telling you if you're training at the right intensity. LED lights in the wristband display your heart rate zone and calories burned.
