I did some more research and found that the laser does not kill the fat cell, it just releases the fat so there's no permanent damage. This will be hugely popular once it gets approved.

I'm interested in how deep it goes. For men we often have belly fat thats not necessarily just under the skin but rather accumulates around the organs. I'm wondering if this tech could help with conditions like fatty liver for example.
